Description

Skardu and Hunza are two highly picturesque destinations you can find in northern Pakistan. Domestic flights to Skardu are now more effectively operated, and the road from Skardu to Hunza has been improved to make it more accessible. Even just within the country’s north, you’ll find many wonderful sights to see and people to meet. Among these are the landscapes of the Skardu Valley created by the Indus River, the stunning orchards and mountains of Hunza—which some have described as a veritable “Shangri-la,” and the mountains of Upper Hunza. This tour can be enjoyed in different seasons: spring with its blossoming fruit trees, summer—the most popular choice—with its dazzling greenery, and autumn with its spectacular golden poplars. You will also visit Taxila, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Gandhara archeological ruins.
